8 of Pentacles (Earth) Tarot in Wonderland
As the poem goes: "Saturday's child is hard at work." Tarot in Wonderland is taking us into the hard work of the 8. Though we should not forget that "being in the Zone" is an attribute of Saturday's child and the 8 of coins. When in the Zone we work and work but hardly notice that time has passed. The work is a reward in itself. Even more apparent is that work can be likened to "play."
Enjoy your day of work. As a Saturday child myself, work is play. When work is not play you have missed the point.
