Because it looks a lot like an automated circlejerk to me. As the co-founder of such an initiative you probably weren't aware, otherwise I'm sure you would stop that obvious circle-jerk that is worse for steem than bidbots.

That wasn't really intended to be like "omg steemchiller submitted a proposal I'll make another one that'll show him !" It was planned for quite some time in advance, I was just waiting for the sps to have enough money to support several proposals at the same time.

My proposal doesn't include anything related to retaliatory downvotes btw.
