At What Level Can the Steemians Write English?

At what level can the Steemians read, write English? I know we are all different, there are people who don’t know any English at all, who are using Steem in other languages. For others, it’s their mother tongue. Others may learn to read and write English just here on Steemit or other Steem web site, application.

But what is the general level of English knowledge, how do you feel? (1: worst, 5: best.)
