What reward curve do you support for STEEM.

If things go as projected, HF21 is going to replace the current linear reward curve (Sn), that replaced an Sn^2 curve with a convergent linear curve ( Sn^2/(Sn+1) ) curve.

In this post the alternative of an nS^Log(n) is proposed.

What reward curve(s) do you feel is/are best for the platform?

  • Keep the current linear reward ( Sn )

  • We should go back to the old Sn^2 reward

  • I support an EIP Sn^2/(Sn+1) ) curve.

  • I support @pibara's proposal of an nS^Log(n) curve

I am struggling to get my head around these proposals. Overall, whatever system is in place will still be gamed and manipulated. My biggest concern is that the cuts to author rewards will harm growth for lower accounts. We can't all be amazing writers producing top "quality content" constantly. But I do see the benefits. @theycallmedan's post was very persuesive in favour of the proposed change.

Still researching.
