Do you agree there should be an the estate tax for amounts over $11,180,000?

Do you agree that there should be an estate tax on estates worth more than $11.18 million (2018 US estate tax exemption amount, formally $5.49 million in 2017)?

In this case we will pretend taxes are not being wasted or "lost".
