Doll 10: What makes you eat (more).


What works for one does not work for another.

Many people are overweighted and this is not a problem in the Western world only.
One of the goals I set for 2020 is losing weight. After a life filled with prednisone, I will lose weight in the new year no matter what it takes.

I deal with some problems.

  • Prednisone use.
  • A very, very slow digestion.
  • The fact I already hardly eat.
  • Not being able to walk a lot or run or...
  • I am not alone and my children need to eat.

If it comes to the ideal weight times changed. Once the ideal weight was: seize in centimeters - 115 = weight in kilograms.
The BMI makes it way easier to be labeled as "normal". The range between normal and overweighted is 20 kilograms! If you use your common sense you know this is ridiculous.

What makes eating easier for you?


  • A set table

  • Eating with others

  • Being bored

  • Worries, stress

  • Going out/restaurants

  • Nothing

  • Other

Having delicious healthy food I enjoy eating available.

Thanks for your vote. Is "delicious" the way it smells or looks or from experience? I can have a certain taste in mind and next is it is so disappointing.

Well, it's everything, @wakeupkitty. Mostly, I like feeling fulfilled and energetic after a meal instead of stuffed and sick. I go for nutrition, above taste.

@bxlphabet I go for taste. That is what I miss most "taste" it is as if everything tastes after nothing ir the same.

I'm not a great eater so to make it easier for me I have set mealtimes which I adhere to.

Does that work out with you? Not an appetite for certain food or vitamins or?

@olivia08 We can do that and keep eachother updated and motivated. 😁

I will try my best to reduce my weight.O looked like a drum.

@olivia08 We can do it together to keep the spirit. Smaller plate and eating slowly to enjoy. If we feel sad we take a deep breath (air does not taste great) and drink water first. 💕

I only eat when I'm hungry, one or two meals and day and no snacks.
