Fixing DPoS: Randomly voting-in delegates solves self voting attack?

in dpos •  7 years ago  (edited)

What about randomly voted-in delegates? Call it RDPoS

Not only does it fix the low-participation vote problem, but also makes it so you can’t even choose your vote for a delegate, so can’t choose yourselves to attack the network.

What’s wrong with randomly voted-in delegates to fix these dPoS problems?

Answer: I suppose it'll end up being like PoS in the first place :) Oh, burn!
