Then give relax to your mind, start to make an image negative in your mind.
After that you try to make an image by pencil first it will takes time to make a correct image.
But you need to try it, after few times try possible to make around 80% correct image.
if you practice regularly it's possible to make a correct image easily. By the way thanks for comment.
