Drawing as a way to overcome shyness

DRAWINGS - A way to become more courageous.
Take a few sheets of paper and write down, worrying about communicating with people.
Then put these leaves in all the houses, only meaningfully. For example, place a page with the phrase "Fear of appearing in front a large audience" on the site, "Fear of calling people unknown to the phone" - on the phone, and "Fear of being ridiculed due to inappropriate appearance" - to the mirror.
After some time you should get the effect - there will be some slight but real illusion that you control your fear.
Moreover, such an exceptional attention to fear will create a peculiar comic situation that should devalue the importance of phobia.
Some psychologists recommend that their fears be aesthetically pleasing. For example, draw them and framerate. According to the specialists, such masterpieces will make them look ironic in their anxiety. And what's funny - do not be afraid.
