This one was done for a friend. His cards were Strength and The Star. The main influence of the piece being The Star, but it is within the 8 pointed start that the waters are brought together and balanced, creating true Strength.⠀

My friend was born on the cusp between Virgo and Libra. Libra's symbol is what initially created the base of the piece (two parallel lines at the bottom). From here I used Mercury to form a figure and later Libra was hidden behind the the symbol for Earth. Which worked well for me as a contrast with the stars above.⠀

The great cycle of star dust falling to Earth to form life that grows and evolves, trying to find its way back to the stars.
