Odd dream.

In my dream last night, I was giving a lecture at the University of Glasgow, when I suddenly realized something.

It wasn't that I was completely unqualified to do so, because in that dream world I was. I didn't suddenly realize that I forgot to wear pants or anything like that.

No, it was that I began the lecture faking a Scottish accent, and felt I needed to keep at it the entire speech once I recognized it.

Odds are you never heard me impersonate a Scottish accent... I can't even remember if I've ever tried to. But it's much more likely I should have showed up pants-less than fooled a single student.
