Choya Plum Gold Edition
I SPOTTED something very cool at Tokyo Narita Airport last time. I love Choya, they produce the best Plum Wine (or at least it is my favorite). I drink it on the rocks, mixed with sparklingwater etc. I SPOTTED this bottle with Gold Flakes in it !!!

At 60 USD this is not too expensive and is a very nice gift. For my friends in Hawaii I opted for a Sake barrell but I almost bought one of the Choya Plum Wine Gold Editions too. I regret not buying it on the spot, so the next time I am in Narita I will definately buy one for my Bar ;)

What are the gold flakes made of in the plum wine? It is a beautiful piece of art....but I'm sure most people would drink it instead of displaying it. Again, hope your trip to Hawaii will be fun and adventurous!

Choya is a great producer of Plum Wine! I would have bought 2 maybe... :) Please feel free to explore and use the steempub tag on your next alcoholic beverage or cocktail post. Reminds me of the Swiss Goldschläger.
I remember as a child being told that a lot of times with plum wine they will let a plum grow in the bottle! They will put the bottle on the limb of a tree and let the plum grow inside. So cool. Does Choya ever do this?
