What you resist,, persistss. Drugs was always around but people didn't know that much about it before the moment they glamourised it everybody including children know about it. If you try to get rid of something you don't talk about it you just try to forget it. This is what other western countries doing wrong, Portugal applied a different approach, a wiser approach.
