Well growing up i was taught to spread my washed clothes outside for the heat from the sun to dry Them. Now that I'm grown and having tried spreading in the wind when the sun is down or the weather is just cool, i can authoritatively say that warmth makes clothes dry better.
Furthermore, warmth acts as a nullifying agent to bacterias and other microbes on our clothes so it doesn't only make our clothes dry, it kills of germs and all present on the clothe as a result of dirt and all.
If you have to choose an ultimatum, go with warmth because in truth, it dries clothes better and
