Here's an original reverb-soaked tune I recorded to cassette. (All instruments by me).
The recording setup was very minimal compared to normal.
Gear used;
Guitar - 70's Electra X-260 Invicta, Fender Champ w/ 6" Weber speaker, homemade solid state reverb unit
Bass - Late 60's Univox UB-1 w/ flatwound strings into a direct box (DI)
Drums - 80's Yamaha shells w/ single ply Vintage Emperor heads (no close miking, just 2 overheads)
Vocals - 60's Shure Unisphere into the Fender Champ & reverb unit (doubled up on the chorus)
This was recorded to a 8 track Tascam Cassette recorder using only a Shure Unisphere & a EV 664 (the Buchanan hammer)
It's not playing for me.
