Do you remember that 8 year old who his parents had lifting early on and he was ripped and muscular? That might be an extreme version of what we're asking here but do you think kids should be able to work out in the gym? Not just safety wise for the gym but moreso do you think kids should be able to lift weights if that's what they want to do? Listen in on our opinions of this topic!

At what age children can train in a gym, this is a very controversial topic, since children experience even continuous development of the body until they are 16-18 years old, therefore constant supervision of adults is necessary.

I think supervision is super necessary but I would let my kid start to lift real weights at 11 or 12
