First attempt at using dSound

in dsound •  6 years ago

Yesterday, I found myself trying to stay awake while driving from job to job, so I thought I would try out my new Zoom H5 field recorder and start doing something I have been thinking of doing for a long time... an audio blog that maybe can turn into a podcast or something like it in the near future.

Forgive me, this is not a well thought out thing, just some thoughts and a first attempt at using some new tech.

Great stuff! Can’t wait to check it out when I get a moment. I’ve bookmarked it 👍🏻

Thanks! I think I might try to keep it going. This is likely to be a better way to do some kinds of content, especially when I'm so time constrained like I have been lately.

Anyway, don't expect too much out of this one, lol.

Easier for you to make the content and easier for us to consume. Thing is sound is passive and we can listen while doing boring stuff such as cleaning -,-! You could try maybe even to interview people around crypto.

Podcasts are great. Sound is decent just will need some editing for the background noise if you want it to be a bit more better. Overall I could hear ya well. Keep it up!

Ideas abound, but whether they happen or not, we shall see, lol.

The recording is just me in my truck, so that is just a test. I did do some editing, to see what I can do. I might to some more of that in the future. I listen to podcast all day while driving and working and a couple of them start out the same way - someone driving and talking. I found it interesting.

I got some equipment this week to do some actual quality work. Now I have option. I'm going to try.
