This track is one of my favorites from my debut album. "Breaking Down the Walls" is alluding to breaking down the walls of society that try to box us in, breaking down the walls of conformity, breaking down the walls that you put up in your own life, and breaking down the walls of government oppression. The message of this track is to transcend your perceived boundaries, and open up your view of the world.
In the first verse I bring up how my style of Hip-Hop is abstract, and focus mostly on cannabis culture. The second verse describes how the government is treating us, how we should show them how it feels to be treated in such a way, and remind us that we do indeed have that power. I also praise the Earth, promote positive progression, and retreat negativity in our lives. In the final verse, I explain how I would rather be a good person than live in a manor than does not suit me, and how I put 100% effort into all that I do. In this song, I seek to "bring back the old school of the ancients".
