Great stuff Earl, you definitely understand music well, It had a nice flow. I wanted to ask you how the mindfullness has been working out for you? Have you noticed any more changes now that it has been a few weeks? and are you still doing it regularly? It's great to see you're doing well man.

Man I have worked on mindfulness in about 2 weeks. I am doing much better though. But I can tell you it helped so much. It's just been super hectic since my wife got a fitness opportunity at a gym.

Kool, I had to comment on this when I heard @humanearl talk about his wife for the first time. Yah, it sure is hectic that your wife now hits the gym, but I bet you it's for your own good, especially when she starts to burn some fat, and continue with that lovely shape she had when you first saw her.
And seriously, most wives need that exercise, especially for the much jobs they do in the house, helping to transform the house to a home.

@chuksdozie2004 I'm glad my wife is into health and fitness since she loves doing that. It's pretty tough when she's gone since I'm seeing to my girl but it works out though.

That beat is fucking awesome & I honestly liked every part of it.
My favorite part was the drums at 0:24.

😀😀😀 Yah, @humanearl is very good at his craft, although he does a different class of beat from Dr Dre, they are both in different classes, @humanearl operates on a totally different class, his beats are just unique.

Right on, man! What did you use to make it? I like the transition at 2:48-2:50. That sound is just cool to me.
