Balance is key here yes until we develop a better system. Or until most people evolve to the level of understanding that we are on this planet together. And have to make decisions together and create things that benefit this planet and the people on it. If we arrive there I don't think a system is actually necessary anymore. People can just do what they do, create because the creation comes from a true place. From a place that supports others, creates new opportunities for growth and expansion of the human race. Which materially can look like this: one person is an engineer and does that, the other person likes to cook food and cooks food. But they are working together for a common goals, towards uplifting humanity. Then there's no need for a means of exchange. The exchange then is done on a energetic level.
