Hello again, folks! This is the third out of four tracks, from the 2010 EP, "Thanateros", to get remastered through LANDR. This one was originally composed to be a song with vocals, before it became a Taphophilia instrumental. You can find the lyrics here: channels.cc/c/ba3765b0-c71f-4ccf-a196-fb64362f04aa. As it's a track that reminded me somehow of the vibe found in old Van Der Graaf Generator songs, I wanted it to have a saxophone line in it. I also wanted the drums to be reminiscent of that period, so I programmed them by hand, instead of using loops. I then added some reverberated organ, to give the track a spooky, carnival-like feel! I like how it ended up having an overall 8-bit video game soundtrack flavor to it! Don't you? Let us go mad!
