As for CEX's to work with Kucoin work with a lot of alt coins and have large liquidity. They also have a quick user onboarding process and the initial user account does not go through KYC (but has low account limits until they do).

There is a large amount of liquidity there and your users would be able to signup at KUcoin without long KYC delays.
