Hello, dear Steemian friends,
We present the report of SEC-20 by "Dev's Teaching Team Week 3," which covered the contest that started on Monday, September 23rd, 2024, and ended on September 29th, 2024.
We have made every effort to cover the best posts; we have not excluded any good posts based on their quality, regardless of the user's country or rank.
We had four ideas, four questions, and four comments with our query/curiosity, and our focus was on how the participant responded to our questions, both in the post and in our moderation comments.
Most participants presented their business plans well besides, we had set our selection criteria in place, so we selected the winners based on their business plans. We kept our focus on their responses and selected based on the combination of post quality and how they answered our queries.
There were 38 contestants, but one of them did not qualify despite being among the top scorers.

Post- Our recruitment process is very simple and good, for example, if two machines are imported into the factory, we will hire three employees. One will operate two machines, one will do machine maintenance and one will be engaged in all design-related work.

Post- I will make an internet marketing investment to help with this expansion. Without spending a lot of money social media sites like Facebook and Instagram ,and TikTok will help me market my items to a greater number of people.

Post- My hiring plan would be to assess the department in my company that needs additional support. For example, if my company is looking for a way to improve customer support, then I will hire a professional in the area of specialization to help me manage and run the affairs.

Post- I always sincerely apologize to my customers for working with the time given . At times you can bake a cake and a customer gives a design. You do it but some are complicated immediately you add a decorated design or subtract from the one that was given.
