Customer support
What makes business boom is how customer support is handled whether it is a big or small establishment, customer support is very important. I have seen a business that was doing but got close along the line because of the way customers' issues were been handled by the establishment.
My business is a kind of business that deals directly with customers using solving customer issues based on; empathy, apologies, and diagnosis.
Empathy: is all about having the ability to understand and share the feelings of another as a business person who is concerned about her customers and wants to have good customer support, I will try and understand what my customers are through and share their feelings.
Apologize: As a business owner, I will always be ready to apologize to my customers even if they are at fault I will apologize to gain their trust and loyalty. Apology is the greatest tool to calm down anger which I will do to have better customer support.
Diagnosis I will do my best to understand the main cause of issues why my customer is not happy and solve the issue with immediate effect.
Expansion plans
Business expansion plans are a gradual process that is taking my strategy plans for the expansion of my business is reinvesting 80% of whatever profits that is made from the business back for the expansion of the business. Well reinvesting profit back into a business for expansion can be slow so I would go into partnership with other businesses.
I will partner with other businesses and as well increase my workforce. What I would do if money arose is to open branches and promote business. Opening branches and departments is the fastest way of expanding a business which is my plan.
Professional hiring, if any
My hiring plan would be based on the income of my business, how big I want the business to become in the future, the purpose of hiring a professional, and so on. If my resources are higher then surely I will create more departments/units and hire professionals to fill up the vacancy. When more professional hands are been put into a business the productivity of the business is usually higher than when less professional hands are put.
I will not just hire a professional for hiring sake, but I will hire a professional based on the needs and resources of my business. Higher resources would warrant me to hire professionals with high skills.
Aggressive or soft marketing strategies
I will go for aggressive marketing strategies, so I can communicate directly with potential customers and actively pursue their engagement with my business. The reason for selecting this marketing strategy is that I would get to make my product information available for the customer to know about what the product is used for and so on which will then be their choice to take action if they want to buy or partner with my business.
It is a marketing strategy that can take any form of promotion as I would keep soliciting potential customers who have never engaged with my product. The goal for me is to pique their interest in offering them my product in exchange for money.
