Whenever there is a problem, then first of all we should show empathy and gratitude towards the customer which means understanding the customer's feelings like what he wants to say. Let him assume that I cared about him a lot. I know that this is very hard to make them feel that we are understood and giving them value. The next is should apologize to him even whether the problem is ours or not. It has a very good and positive effect and will calm the customer. You can say I am sorry for what happened this shows alot of care for him.Then you have to check where is the problem. Ask some questions from the customer politely about what happens like what is wrong with you? From that, you will get all the details and now it will be easy for you to make solutions. When you understand the problem then don't stop talking with the customer keep talking and explain to him what will you do to fix this problem. Keeping them updated helps build trust and turns a bad experience into a better one, making the customer feel more loyal to your brand.

Firstly, I will focus on hiring the staff in customer support and sales to handle of company and ensure customer satisfaction. Those staff who have skills can handle the customers very fluently and will maintain a strong relationship with customers which is very important for the future of the company. Expanding the sales team will help us reach new markets and grow revenue. I will also hire some IT and will pay them with a good salary so that they can do marketing for our company. I will focus on hiring those people who don't have many skills but have good speaking skills which can help in engaging alot of customers and sharing our commitment to customer satisfaction and quality. In that way, we can grow without losing the core values that made us successful in the first place.

Expansion Plans

My expansion plans for the company are on the Smart Growth. I will ensure that I not only grow for the sake of the company but will add value to both the company and its customers. I will expand my company by making my company into new geographical areas in which competition is low but the demand is very high. It will expand our company a lot.

Secondly will launch some new products or services that will complement what we already do. It will come if I understand the trends of markets and the feedback of customers and will ensure that we are always here to solve your problems. I will focus alot on Digital Growth. I will hire a website designer who will make a website for us and I will also sponsor my products online which will increase our engagement with the products. From that, we can get alot of new customer and can build trust in their mind about our company.

According to me, a Soft Marketing strategy is the best option if we don't have enough funds. It can be done by Social media. content marketing and word of mouth. But according to me among these social media marketing is the best because nowadays everyone has cell phones and from that, we can get alot of new customers. Aggressive marketing is expensive but we can use it if our small business is launching any product or something then we can paid ads, or work with influencers. For a little business, the combo of both businesses is great in the sense we can use soft marketing regularly and aggressive marketing when the product launches during key times. In that way, we can grow our business with a limited budget.

If we want to attract customers even if the business is small then the following pro tips should be understood:

First of all know your business like understanding what they want/need, likes, and much more, and know what are their problems now work according to it. Make products which they like and solve the problems which they are facing. Make a brank it doesn't mean that the brand is a logo just. The brand shows the people about your business and for marketing we can use online and offline business marketing as I have discussed above. Do giveaways, engage with customers face to face, and keep the conversation between the customers which will help to turn them into fans of that business.
