Hello friends I am @sualeha from Pakistan,It's pleasure for me to participate in new week
in Dev team for business ideas/Marketing strategies , well I was shared my kids garments as a business idea in my last week,s post ,now I am trying to share my personal marketing stragites for business like customers support services, hiring employees and practical thoughtful ideas for growth of my business faster and more better as compare to false decisions,lake of planning for marketing and so on so guys let's talk about it in details.

Well the first and most important key feature for marketing vales there customers at any cost satisfied them by there quality,discounts and fast services in short capture the customers by excellent marketing stragites because your sales directly proportional to your rate of profit and good will established in market.

For customer support making plans before launching new product for sale in market for that social media is also played essential role for marketing at every door through different apps for product publicity infact customers have to aware my new arrivals stocks ,actually customers supposed backbone of any successful business, and for my kids garments we need to commercialized our goods between all over the world, used personal interaction and market awareness most important,the compitaion in business increasing day by day customers wants good quality products in reasonable prices but I strongly believed not compromise on quality .

The good seller is who in my eyes a person who had complete knowledge about the products and he is good listen 🐱 🐱,When a customer has an issue or isn’t happy with our service it's good sign and being a good marketing person we have to give value to every customer and build trust and loyalty .In short I always kept in mind to satisfied customers and deal with intallegently and honestly.

Well I had partnership business and my hubby also great support for me in all means ,he had 25 experience of garments stitching unit and sales purchase, market trends and fashions looks ,for my business I preferred only professional and experts because good production till marking or sell all are joined together like chain . we are working like team withy employee both sides that were working on unit and sales staff as well like friends because for successful business journey we need professional people working like a back bone .

I love marketing on social media apps for that I made different shorts and videos on YouTube,face book, Instagram and my personal what's app group ,all kids garments specially new arrivals need advertisment , promotion and complete description about fabric,cuts , discounts and current updates about new article knew by everyone with prices.

I also hirer a marketing manger who had responsibilities to make ads for promotion, camping for publicaly for that we printed different bills boards for marketing and advertising ,At this stage, we don’t plan on hiring more staff infact then our business will grows I will definitely add more professional and royal employees in my garments unit inshallah.

We also had website page on my company name where customers can share their experiences and upload images of any issues with our products.My marketing manager create lasting relationships, boost loyalty, and get some positive response, which is so important for any business so trying to building up good and friendly environment between customers and us our goal is to make every customer feel special ☺️☺️.

Well expansion plans for growing business is need for every successful business so I had some future plans As owner, my major target is to be the most will expending my business and starting ladies garments wares as well infact in ladies stuff having more demand and popular more then men's so I will start new outfit for women for that being a woman I also had great sensibility for new cuts and trends .

I will trying to introduce my local brand for ladies along with.kids and capturing the local market for that I design two types of dresses one is good quality stuff having higher rates and second one for those who had not high purchasing power so low price and high price articles lounch soon .

So I will ensure that I will expend my manufacturing depart for more production and quality goods for my valuable customers,I also higher professional stuffs and big place places I'm already running garments stitching unit cut to pack set up and then explain to a few individuals and then discuss the benefits with them .

Friends aggressive attitude always bad for any kind of business specially in marketing patient and soft marketing stragites useful and followed long term route ,in short I am followed team sprit and trying to not too much expensive marking budget ads on platforms like , will target specific families having kids who knew the quality sense .

I love to introduce new and modern technology in marketing focus on creating content, new offers , sales discount ,customer reviews, to build trust and credibility between customers
