Hello friends and welcome to my article in the SEC S20/W6 I would be responding to the question in each section immediately.


1st Section: Are you planning any expansion of your business

A business expansion is definitely the goal of every entrepreneur, to this effect growing my business would be a result of a successful business. Businesses growth is not really easy, there are challenges which pose a threat to business.

However, growing my business amidst these challenges would be a success story. I would definitely plan on expansion in my business. A proof of business growth too. This is something I look forward to. I made sure I add discipline and hardwork avoiding distraction and in this I truly believe I would definitely grow and expand my business too.


2nd Section: If you are trying to expand your business, what are your strategies

Take Stock In Business :

The routine of checks and balancing is more than important, you must try within your power to check out your business taking adequate stock of how well it's going, spotting the loop holes or looses and adding more strength to the profit to scale up within a short while.

Look Over Your Shoulder Technique:

The competitors are always your first point of analysis. Try to spot out what they are going to grow, pick out their lapses, capitalize to bring forth more creative approaches to suit a formidable style to kick them off, paving way for success in your business.

Premium Customer Services:

The customers are enticed to getting sumptuous offers, therefore try catching their attention. Perform activities to grow their interest in patronizing tour brand. Give them a hungry desire to visit your store, by outlining what is in it for them in every discussion. In this they would take prompt action and in these ways you scale your business up to the top.

Keep Goals & Act Disciplined:

You must select goals in business. The quest to know what you what and how to abide by the set out tenets you choose would be a hack to growing the business. Wade off indiscipline and distractions. Focus on the long term goals to see you to the top of the business. These can expand business in a short while.


3rd Section: Are you paying attention to your customer services or planning to provide better services.

Customer services is crucial in the business funnel, you have to have good reviews, these reviews are gotten by good customer service delivery. Make these customers happy, give them guarantee a sumptuous offer they cannot resist and great communicative skills. My POS business is really growing. Its crucial to take to heart that these customers are key to expansion so good services would make them return.

Moreso, I intend picking an online business course on customer service in business. It would aid me in developing my skills in keeping these customers. Each successful deal with a customer turns them to returning clients. Therefore a good review is definitely a passive referral and this would definitely create awareness about your great customer service delivery, this growing the business. I am most definitely paying attention to customer service.


4th Section: Do you and your crew understand how to work with customer

I must say with all sincerity that I know how r work with customers although it could be challenging in one way or the other. I would share some approaches.

Know Your Craft

Convincing customers on a particular product has to do with knowing your product to a certain extent. Know your brand and what it stands for, know how to convince them in one way or the other through various approaches.

Testimonials & Proof

In most products, customers find it difficult to be convinced. Therefore chronicles of testimonies and proof to be a breaking ice to getting the customers broes raised, inquisitive and happy to explore your products and a way to work with customers.

Attention and Respect

These customers need to be respected, all boils down to good communication skills. If you give them warmth attentively and great respect they end up getting involved in your brand, loving to revisit and turn them to client you can boast about.

Gratitude & Vote Of Thanks

This could be in form of a parting gift. A fancy bag saying thank you. A simulation in your store that thanks them for their services. It would indeed be a way of enlarging your customer base. They want to feel special and shown are this, it would be an approach to growing the customers quest.
