Was anybody else a bit lost? Here is what 'koya' is:

Khoya is a dairy product, originating from the Indian subcontinent, widely used in the cuisines of the Indian subcontinent, encompassing India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Pakistan. It is made of either dried whole milk or milk thickened by heating in an open iron pan.

In some countries khoya (mawa) is not available in dairy or stores, in these places khoya (mawa) can be used at home. Khoya can be made easily in the house, but it takes a little longer to make it.
