Well, he wasn't so bad...It doesn't seem right to be making a video recording at that particular point in time.

Police can and should be recorded at all times for everyone's safety.

and everyone keep their hands out of their pockets

tbh...I didn't see any "assault" take place and camera man just comes off as trying to cause a scene. If really care about fair justice, how about turning off the camera and taking a less hostile attitude and try to work with the police. Maybe after if the police shows any signs of not cooperating, then turn on the camera. But this kind of approach seems childish and I don't blame the cops for ignoring this case.
