There are lot of uneducated pepole in this area, they don't now how harmful this garbage for planet. They throw here and there harmful garbages. Everyday I collect garbages and throw it in the dustbin. And the cleaner came early morning to clean dustbin. They collect all the garbages and throw this garbages specific area.
