9 months into using Actifit into a #healthier2019 | Check out my excercise routine!

It's been nine months since I started to use Actifit, eat healthy, take some suplement pills to control my cholesterol, lipids and tricglycerids and excercise on an almost daily basis. For control purposes, I decided to hold myself accountable to this #healthier2019 challenge and post an update every month - I was supposed to post my Actifit update on July 1st but I didn't have a picture until a couple of days ago @whack.science helped me take one :)

Unfortunately, I stopped my pill treatment for a few months and although I keep excercising, I'm not doing it daily.

To hold myself even more accountable I decided to record my daily excercise and I'll be uploading it to my alt account @afitsoul and maybe we'll see some more progress there!

I had a bit of a relapse during May and started eating too much, still healthy but too much and I think it's noticeable on the picture below, still, I think I'm on a good streak and during June I tried to control myself better and do more excercise as per my @afitsoul's excercise updates can atest. In Croatia I found a daily routine and kept up with and follow it.

If you are not familiar with the #healthier2019 tag let me walk you through. As many people, I started January 1st with some New Year resolutions. One of these resolutions was to improve my eating habits and by doing it, to get my sugar, triglycerides, cholesterol levels and weight & BMI to a normal spectrum, a healthy spectrum.

If you want to check how I looked in January 1st and compare it that to how I look nowadays, you can check out my first post about having a Healthier 2019 here

At the beginning, in January I decided to only measure my blood levels every two months because those tests are expensive, that means that for my May report I´m not including them in my table.

On the video you'll see the excercise routine I had yesterday, October 1st. Hopefully I will see a lot of progress as the days pass.

I already do daily 50 pullups or chinups (depending on the day), 100 pushups when its pullups day, 30 abs pullups and I'm beginning to run (I started yesterday :P).

Power to the people. I can attest to finding a weird relationship with running. I loathe the immediacy of the fatigue and labored breathing, but I love the energy it leaves. Light gains make heavy purses.

Man I used to do 50 pullups a day in 8 sets and now that I'm running (even if it's not that much of a run) I can't pull off 25 😅 but I know that if I want to lose fat and get to the next level I got fo cardio. But I totally get your point, I end up wasted after the running session of the video. I just came back from today's session and I'm dying.

Aahhh I remember being able to do fifty pushups and a hundred sit-ups back when I actually trained a hundred million years ago 😆 didn’t do them daily though, just a few times a week. What is it with those magic numbers 🤣

Are you interspersing high intensity with easy to moderate? I think relapses happen because higher intensities are harder to maintain (you just get tired) but then again I have very little excuse for my current slackness 😅 aside from not being able to cram much more in 😵

Least you start again 🙃 hope there’s all the progress you want 😄

Lol try not to vomit and die XD Great to see you doing it man! Go get those goalz

Also tagging @acidyo XD

I admire your efforts.
I think it does help to track and measure them, and I am very glad to see these numbers above :)
I have also managed to skip 5 kilos and strive for more .. Plenty of walking, training and better eating does the thing really.
All the best, I am fully supporting with my good vibes! :)

Nice one there
