When I saw this I was so shocked. It is such a good job that the police have to have cameras or we would never have see such a disturbing act.

This was ridiculous! The nurse was just the messenger and holding up the phone with her superior on it and it was on speaker phone so he was telling the cops that they couldn't have the blood and why. The nurse was just making sure the cops got the message. I hope she's suing the pants off them right now.
