Frustration - Part 2

As you may remember I've had problems with uploading to D.tube.
I've checked out the link I was given a week ago, in addition to searching for a solution on the internet. The internet solutions did nothing for me, and as for the link, you know, if I have to download a bunch of files and use a command prompt just to upload a video - I'd rather not.
