Today I am working from a cafe. Long story short, I hate the rainy seasons as most of the time they come with electricity going down on somedays. Yesterday and this morning was one of those days. They Went out around 1pm yesterday and weren't back by the time I left home at around 1pm today, 24 hours later, so annoying!!
So I am just sitted on this cafe trying to get my work going and I just happen to be infront of this building. And then it hit me, this are the Oracle Offices in Nairobi, I am now just wondering if they have any affiliation with the amazing @oracle-d community lol.. The dome like building next to it is the PWC Offices(Price Water House Coopers)- Two amazing organizations right at each other's side.
So I ask google, apparently they don't have any affiliation, however, it is a nice feeling to look at this building and remember the how @oracle-d brought us together to work towards the same goal. I am very glad to have been a part of that process.
In a few years to come, we'll look back and tell others how we came together to make history for this amazing platform that we all love dearly.
This are Just some of the modern buildings we have in Nairobi. This came up in the last year or so and it's probably one of my favs around here. I should probably embark on aarchitecture photography to sharpen my skills as I show you guys aroung my city. Who's Interested? Lol
Anyway Guys, I am also making this quick post as DTube Doesn't seem to be on my side today. From #144 and now I am #83 lol, I'd hate to think I came all this way for nothing!AARGH. Sometimes DTube can really test one's patience.
Anybody Got Tips on How to Overcome this? I have tried all my Tricks and None Seems to be working ATM. Must be on my 5th try now!!
hahaha. The infamous queue. I'm afraid you just have to wait on the queue. I think those are actually other people waiting to upload/encode on the servers. Limited resources :)
I'm sure you already know this now but:
