Gangstalking, Carla Ferrar & Meghan Markles Officer Cousin

Carla Ferrar of North Carolina donated $200 to my YouTube/Paypal channel entitled GangstalkingLI. A month later she claimed to her discover card that it was a fraudulent charge which insinuates white fraud - a federal crime. To date, Paypal continues investigating this claim as if I am the criminal and not Ms. Ferrar.

And apparently Meghan Markles Nassau County Police Officer cousin agrees.
