It's that time of year again, when we we're getting over run with veggies from our gardens and have way too many to eat! With all the uncertainty in the political sphere these days, you can't rely on your freezer having power so I dug out a very old (9 years!) video of mine on home canning some green beans. The process can actually save you a little money VS buying canned vegetables at the store, but more importantly you will get a tremendous sense of satisfaction from the process!!!
at first glance I thought pork and beans beans but I was wrong :/ lol still if you like these beans too the know how will come in handy before and after things go topsy turvy :O thanks for sharing
