If any of you see this post and have successfully uploaded a video to d.tube, please let me know you're secret. I'm about to abandon ship on this thing. It only tells me "Error Unknown" when I click submit. That's it, no further detail. This is after the encoding process is done. Standard video formats tried. Willing to give pretty much anything a go. Thanks in advance for any tips you might have!

I had troubles with dtube at first and I found what worked for me (on a windows laptop) was using google chrome in private (incognito) mode, and making sure I signed into dtube using the 'sign in with steemconnect' option.

(p.s. if you watch the video I mention about leaving the window open all night to seed the video, you DO NOT need to do this anymore, there has been updates since then.
p.p.s. I did have it fail one day and eventually found that deleting the cookies from google chrome got it all up and running again!)

Yeah I did a trial and error kind of thing for ages with different format of video and snap/thumbnail etc etc, all with no success. Then found a post mentioning the chrome/private mode/steemconnect combo and when I tried that it was all sweet!
So yeah if it works for you and you see another Steemian having the same issues pass it on!! =)
