Happy Lunar New Year from Vietnam

Year of the Rat commences and I hope everyone is having a good start to this new Lunar Year. Some shops were open and plenty people walking around Da Nang.

I am in the process of formally applying for phase two of the tourism project in Myanmar. I am stoked about that, cause it is going to be super interesting and it will keep me busy for at least four months this year.
