You can still set these with a tag for NSFW, if you use the Edit feature on Steemit, not on dtube.
Sorry, it's all in beta right now, and it's pretty confusing. Just go to your steemit account, look up your posts, and there will be an edit feature there. You can reset the last 4 tags, but not the main first tag you posted to. I think NSFW for any of the tags will work to auto filter that don't want to see adult content. You should do it for all your posts asap.

You will see on the right pancake menu, a chat window listed. It's a separate chat site that allows you to send any other user a chat message. They will receive email notification you have sent them a chat message; it allows for direct messaging to allow eventual exchange of contact data with any to mutually agreeable users.
