Intro To DTube for Steemit - Terry Brock, your host

Dude, you're so slick on the screen capture software - is that quicktime? Just impressed by the moving writing, haha!

I'd like to post some radio style videos on Dtube - and am wondering if, in your experience, that'll be accepted - you know, just audio with a slide as the visual. I hope people think that's OK, as my kind of content doesn't really need a video and so making the visuals seems to me to slow production down unnecessarily...

Anyway, great work, thanks for this!

Thank you very much for your kind words, kerrymccarpet. No, I'm not using Quicktime, but a new product call Ecamm Live for Facebook Live. I like the functionality of it and the ability to use an image and show the screen.

Regarding doing videos without video but only audios with a slide. I think there is a place for that in some applications. I don't know exactly what you do, but I know that there are many videos that are successful using only a voice-over with animation.

The best way to find out what will work is to experiment. Hey, you're on Steemit and you can find out quickly. Offer something and see how many upvotes you get. That is a good way to quantify if they really like something.

Keep us posted on how it develops. I really appreciate you stopping by and look forward to future comments.
