    For those of you who are interested, I changed the video settings/codec to .mp4 file format (FFmpeg video)and used H.264 compression at 30 frames per second with a constant bitrate of 3200 for the video and a bit rate of 128kb/s (mp2) for the audio. (even though there is no audio in this video) I'm not sure if other settings might work but this one did so I'm going to keep using this in the future. :)
