Hi, my dear macro loving Steemians!
Have you ever seen a fly under 10X microscope? Here it is:

  2. Camera : 2 setups: 10X- Nikon MRL00102+EOSM3, 2X-MPE65+5DII
  3. Lens : Nikon MRL00102, MPE-65
  4. Other : tube lens -Canon 200mm 2.8L
  5. Magnification: 2-10X
  6. Lens Settings: iso100, 1/4, f4
  7. Stack # : 80, 180,
  8. Lighting :2 leds with DIY diffuser
  9. NOTES : 3 stacks, step size for 2X- 0.15mm, 10X-0.01mm, soft: Zerene Stacker, Aftereffects, Garageband.

That's how it will look if no such things as Depth Of Field exist, when you see whole object in focus. Usual fly, which everyone once saw with bare eyes look as surprise under high magnification.

This is my first video on DTube and it feels good being here. Imagine one year on YouTube=$1, and only 30 mins on DTube=$5. :D

It was done using classic extreme macro technique called "focus stacking" and i definitely going to post more details soon! Thanks!
