It sounds like what you're talking about is libertarian extremists. There are libertarians who exist between the extremes of libertarianism and authoritarianism.
There is not conflict between good and evil. The conflict is between extremists and moderates.
A libertarian extremist might decide to drive on the opposite side of the road because they're against regulation and believe that they have the right to choose what's best for themselves. A libertarian moderate would accept that some regulation is necessary so that we don't have total gridlock (or worse).
