    Those birds are beautiful. I had a clear plastic nest box that attached to my window a few years ago and we watched a mated pair of finches as they prepared their nest and raised 4 little finches. It was so much fun watching the hatchlings as they grew. Eventually all the birds left the nest. My cats loved the spectacle right outside their favorite window!

    I don't know what kind of finches they were but one of them was bright red. I guess it was the male. The other one was a lighter color red. I wish I had thought to take pictures. It was about 7 or 8 years ago and I don't have that nesting box anymore.

    Ohhh its getting exciting, bless her she has a boyfriend. would be great if you could join all the videos up then we could watch from the beginning without breaks :)

    Yes, there is definately something going on. Lets hope the weather improves further, so insects can develope. then the birds can breed successfully as well.
