In this episode of In the Kitchen with Matt, I will show you how to make overnight oats. This homemade overnight oats recipe is easy to make. Oatmeal is a healthy food that you can make for breakfast. You can add all kinds of ingredients to make it as healthy as you want, like berries, chia seeds, nuts, etc. Or you can add other things to make it not as healthy like sugar, oh yeah sugar. Whatever you add they are simple to make. It takes about two minutes to put it together the night before, and then in the morning, breakfast is served! No need to cook anything. No need to boil water. Prepare it in a mason jar and you already have something to eat it in, no need for a bowl. If I can do it, you can do it! Let's get started!
