[EP139] - Just a quick little update on all my fitnessing...

Hi everyone!
Hope you're all well!

It's been extremely slow going, but I'm starting to see some progress on both my Climber's Elbow and my calves, soles and Achilles. It's starting to get exciting again! I still can't do even a fraction of what I want to be able to do... but it feels like it might start to be within reach.

I still get pain in my elbow, but it's reduced quite a bit over the last month, and I think that's because of all the conditioning and rehab work I've been doing on it. It's been 9 months since I injured my elbow... resting did absolutely nothing, and consistent conditioning seems to be key.
