Yes, more people must remember how healthy it is to climb trees. (Always be very careful and safe up there :) I actually climbed half way up a nice tree just a couple months ago, but before that it had been many years. I was surprised at how quickly I got tired whereas I used to just bound up like a squirrel. Age will only hold you back if you stop practicing..
