Well of course, you know already but I would do it differently oh, those are things that makes the world go round. Each person has to do what will work for them and I know having sold many houses that I am a fan of the room by room option. But then again that seems to work well for me. Here in my country people don't move much, they just stay where they are born most of the time just maybe because we do not know the people where we will relocate to. @old-guy-photos

But for you if you want to move, just pick a place where you will be comfortable with the weather but sometimes the humidity in a hot place might be too much uncomfortable for you to bear like for anyone else :D

Hey man :) I can relate to your problems with the cold. I am getting older as well everyday. The cold has been fun in the childhood but from year to year it becomes more unconfortable :P But I need to get in my garden in winter because I need to build a few things and loud building noises are forbidden in summer.. crazy german gardening laws.. ^^
