Hey everyone!

In this video I go over my favorite lower body (body weight) exercises and go over proper technique and form and explain how to do them! I must admit, any lower body exercise is my favorite. The special thing about these is that you can do these anywhere.

These are my favorite lower body (body weight) exercises for the time being:

  1. Stationary Lunges
  2. Squats
  3. Hip Thrusts
  4. Glute kickbacks
  5. Calf Raises

What program do you use for your thumbnails?

I use adobe spark post on my phone.
It's a process because I have to send the pic to my phone, crop it and edit it on another app called light room, add the title and then send it back to my computer haha - worth the struggle every time.

Lol, these exercises aren't just for the ladies. I've started doing glute exercises as well. Well developed glutes will make me look powerful and hard to tip over. Love the info and your simple informative style.
