One of these things is not like the other:

-rousing an adult woman from half sleep for consensual sex.
-having sex with a minor female under the age of 13 (incapable of understanding consent)

Which one is Rape?

A majority of people are dumb, deaf, and blind. This world is a joke and I don't understand the punchline..
